One-Time Passcode Required at Petro-Pass Starting June 1st, 2026
Suncor/Petro-Canada is implementing new security measures for your cardlock card security.
Starting June 1, 2026, One‑Time Passcode (OTP) will be required for all Cardlock transactions at Petro‑Pass locations. Static four‑digit PINs will no longer work after June 1st, 2026.
To activate One-Time Password we will require the following information before June 1st, 2026:

How it works:
Every time you pull into a Petro-Pass cardlock location, repeat the following process to receive your One-Time Passcode for fuel, DEF, and washrooms where a PIN is required. Your code will expire 15 minutes after it’s sent.
